What is the Small Business Guidebook?

It is written for small business owners in any country.
What's the difference between the Guidebook and the Guidebook built for you?
The Small Business Guidebook ($149) is the guide and workbook on its own: you download it and fill it in yourself. The Small Business Guidebook, built for you (from $1,299), is a service: after an intake form and a one-hour consultation, we send you a scope and price, and complete the Guidebook for your business.
How do I get my files after I buy?
Digital products are delivered instantly. You'll get a download link by email right after checkout, and your files are also available when you sign in to your account.
Will it work for my country or industry?
Yes. The Guidebook is built to work anywhere in the world, without jurisdiction-specific guesswork. For legal or tax decisions specific to where you operate, check with a local professional.
What happens in a consultation?
You choose a time on the
booking calendar and pay $250 at checkout. Your confirmation email includes the
Google Meet link. We meet for one hour, then you have a week of follow-up
support by email.
Can I cancel or reschedule a consultation?
Yes. Cancel at least 48
hours before your session and we refund $200 ($50 is non-refundable).
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and no-shows are non-refundable. You can reschedule with 48 hours' notice to a new time within one month; after rescheduling, $50 is non-refundable, and if you don't rebook within the month we keep $50 and refund $200. Email hello@thecommercegrowthlab.com to cancel or reschedule.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Digital products are final sale, because you get full access the moment your download link is issued. If your link has expired or a file is corrupted, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll re-issue it at no charge. See the refund policy for details.
What is the Community, and how do I join?
The Commerce Growth Lab Community is a community of small business owners. Anyone can join for a one-time, non-refundable $250 for lifetime access. If you buy The Small Business Guidebook, your first 3 months are free, with no card needed. About 7 days before they end, we email you a link to stay for a one-time $250.
Can I share the files with my team?
Yes, inside your business. Your licence lets you share files with employees or contractors working in your business. You can't resell, redistribute, or post your download link publicly. See the terms of service.
I can't find the template I need. Can you make it?
Possibly. Tell us what you need. Depending on scope, we'll create it and send you a complimentary copy.
