Refund policy

Digital products: all sales are final

Our guidebooks, templates, and digital downloads are delivered by instant download. Because you receive immediate access to all files upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the download link has been issued.

Why we have this policy

Digital products cannot be returned. The moment you download your files, you have received the full product. Please review the product description and FAQ before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for your business, contact us before buying at hello@thecommercegrowthlab.com.

Consultations

One-to-one consultations are $250, paid in full when you book. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, we refund $200; $50 is non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend, the full $250 is non-refundable.

You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice to a new time within one month of your original session. Once you reschedule, $50 is non-refundable. If you do not rebook within that month, we keep $50 and refund the remaining $200. To cancel or reschedule, email hello@thecommercegrowthlab.com. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Services

Our services start from $1,299. Every service starts with an intake form and a one-hour consultation. The $250 consultation is credited toward your service total if you go ahead. After it, we send you a written scope and price. A 50% deposit, less the $250 consultation, is due to begin the work, and the final 50% before delivery. Service fees, including the 50% deposit, are non-refundable.

Community access

Community access is a one-time fee of $250 for lifetime access, paid at checkout. This fee is non-refundable.

If you bought The Small Business Guidebook (self-guided or built for you), your first 3 months of Community access are free. No payment method is needed and nothing is charged automatically. About 7 days before your free months end, we email you a link to join for lifetime access for $250. If you do not join, your access ends when your free months end.

Invoices

You will receive an invoice by email each time your payment method is charged.

No exceptions

We do not make exceptions for accidental purchases, change of mind, non-use of the product, or finding a similar product at a lower price elsewhere.

Technical issues

If you have a technical problem with your download link (an expired link or corrupted files), contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@thecommercegrowthlab.com and we will re-issue your download link at no charge.

Disputes and chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Initiating a chargeback for a delivered digital product is a violation of our terms of service.
