Owners who are stuck on a specific problem and want a straight, informed answer.
How billing works
$250, paid in full when you book. Cancel at least 48 hours before your session and we refund $200; $50 is non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or don't attend, the full $250 is non-refundable. You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice to a new time within one month of your original session. Once you reschedule, $50 is non-refundable, and if you don't rebook within the month we keep $50 and refund $200. To cancel or reschedule, email hello@thecommercegrowthlab.com. If you go ahead with a service, the full $250 is credited toward it.
